Shanna Mears CIC, CPCU is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the insurance and financial sectors. Currently serving as Ag/Commercial Underwriting Manager at Arkansas Farm Bureau since September 2015, Shanna has also held positions as Risk, Compliance, and Brokerage Manager, Field Underwriter, and Underwriter within the same organization. Prior to this, Shanna worked at Transamerica Employee Benefits as a National Account Jr. Consultant from May 2012 to September 2015, and at Next Generation Financial Group LLC as Operations Manager from June 2010 to May 2012. Shanna began a career in financial services at State Farm as a Financial Services Representative in 2009. An alumna of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, Shanna earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance, General in 2009.

Arkansas Farm Bureau Federation (ArFB) is a nonprofit, grassroots organization dedicated to agricultural advocacy.
