Shanna Mears CIC, CPCU is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the insurance and financial sectors. Currently serving as Ag/Commercial Underwriting Manager at Arkansas Farm Bureau since September 2015, Shanna has also held positions as Risk, Compliance, and Brokerage Manager, Field Underwriter, and Underwriter within the same organization. Prior to this, Shanna worked at Transamerica Employee Benefits as a National Account Jr. Consultant from May 2012 to September 2015, and at Next Generation Financial Group LLC as Operations Manager from June 2010 to May 2012.
