Neal Pumphrey

Neal Pumphrey is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations management, quality control, and ministry. Currently serving as Volunteer Operations Manager at Arkansas Foodbank since October 2018, Neal has held multiple roles including Volunteer Operations Supervisor and Inventory Control Manager. Prior experience includes positions as Material Coordinator at Controlled Automation, Inc., and Process Control Technician at Georgia-Pacific LLC, where quality assurance and inventory management were key responsibilities. Neal’s earlier roles also encompass church leadership as Senior Pastor and Associate Pastor at various congregations, and academic contributions as Head of the Apologetics Department at Central Arkansas Baptist Bible Institute. Neal holds a Master of Theology from Central Arkansas Baptist Bible Institute and a Certificate of Apologetics from Biola University.
