Philip Tappan

Philip Tappan is currently a Commissioner at Arkansas Game and Fish Commission, responsible for understanding and addressing the needs of various stakeholders in Arkansas. Philip also serves as Managing Partner at Tappan Land & Water, LLC, overseeing natural resource properties and the majority interest in Purple Cow Restaurants. Previously, Philip held the position of President/CEO at Quality Foods Inc., helping the company achieve significant growth before merging into Performance Food Group. Philip Tappan holds a BSBA in Finance from the University of Arkansas.
