Arkansas Hospice
Ashley Hurst-Fleeger is an experienced nursing professional with a diverse background in various healthcare settings. Currently serving as a Care Manager at Lucet since October 2023, Ashley has also been a Hospice Nurse at Arkansas Hospice since September 2022. Previous roles include Partial Hospitalization Nurse at Rivendell Behavioral Health Services from November 2020 to November 2022 and Registered Nurse at UHS from July 2019 to November 2020. Ashley has held leadership positions, including Director of Nursing at Lakeside Behavioral Health System and Assistant Director of Nursing at POPLAR OAKS REHABILITATION AND HEALTHCARE CENTER, LLC. With a foundational nursing experience starting in 2008 and a degree from Baptist Health Schools-Little Rock, Ashley brings a wealth of knowledge to the healthcare field.
