Daniel Cartaya is a seasoned medical professional with extensive experience in Hospice and Palliative Care. Currently serving as the Medical Director at Arkansas Hospice since January 2018 and as a Staff Physician at Arkansas Center For Health since November 2016, Daniel has a strong background in nursing home medicine. Prior experience includes roles as Hospice Medical Director and Staff Physician at Saline Memorial Hospital from 1998 to March 2018, and ownership of Internal Medicine Associates of Benton from September 1998 to December 2017. Daniel completed an Internal Medicine Residency at Hahnemann University Hospital from June 1995 to June 1998 and earned an M.D. in Medicine from Drexel University College of Medicine between 1991 and 1995, as well as a B.S. in Biology from the University of Miami from 1988 to 1990.
