Jennifer Arthur is a Studio Systems Engineer at Arkansas PBS, responsible for a full infrastructure rebuild, including the decommissioning of outdated equipment. Previously, Jennifer served as a Network and Systems Admin Intern at the University of Arkansas Little Rock / MidSOUTH, where responsibilities included the maintenance and troubleshooting of Active Directory and other systems. Jennifer also worked as a Computer Support Specialist at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, handling end user help requests and implementing fixes at the desktop level. Earlier experience includes a role as a Breastfeeding Peer Counselor for the Arkansas Department of Health, focusing on educational support for mothers, and serving as an Online Crisis Chat Specialist for the Arkansas Crisis Center, where Jennifer provided critical support to clients in need. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor in Computer Science and an Associate in Computer Science from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, along with an Associate of Arts degree from Columbia College.
