Jessica Wiley is an experienced educator and policy fellow currently serving as a Teach Plus Arkansas Policy Fellow since June 2024. Holding a position as a teacher and dyslexia therapist in the South Conway County School District since July 2021, Jessica previously worked as an Education and Instruction Specialist for Arkansas PBS, where curriculum development for the "Rise and Shine" summer initiative was a key focus. With a background as a resource and special education teacher spanning over a decade in the East End School District, Jessica holds a Master's degree in Reading from Arkansas State University and is pursuing a Master of Science in Instructional Technology at the University of Central Arkansas.
