Josh Johnson has extensive work experience in the media and broadcasting industry. Josh started their career in 2003 as the Director of Media at Central Baptist Church, where they worked until 2005. In 2004, they joined Lifeword Media Ministries as a Video Engineer until 2006. In 2006, Josh began working at Aetn (Arkansas Public Broadcasting) as a Production Coordinator/Systems Engineer, where they developed workflows and technology systems, managed media networks, and performed video production and editing. That same year, they also joined Arkansas PBS as a Production Engineer/Digital Broadcast Specialist. In 2008, Josh became the owner of Fullservice Graphix. In 2022, they took on the role of Studio Chief Engineer at Arkansas PBS. Josh's expertise lies in broadcasting, production, video engineering, and media management.

Josh Johnson completed an Associate's Degree in Applied Sciences from Bossier Parish Community College, which they pursued from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they also obtained an Associate's Degree in Radio and Television Broadcasting Technology/Technician from the same college, which they completed between 1999 and 2001. Additionally, Josh holds certifications in Avid Media Composer and Dante, although the specific details such as the institution and the year of obtaining these certifications are not available.
