Eric Boling possesses extensive experience in the HVAC industry and energy management. Serving as MEP Operations Manager and Energy Management Foreman at Arkansas State University since September 2006, Eric has developed a robust skill set in operational oversight and energy efficiency. Concurrently, Eric has been the Owner of AirPlus Heating & Cooling since January 2000, specializing in the sales, service, and installation of HVAC equipment. Eric's education includes attending Delta Tech from 1999 to 2001 and graduating from Valley View High School in 1999.
