Hilary Schloemer

Hilary Schloemer, PhD, currently serves as an Associate Professor of Management & Entrepreneurship at Arkansas State University, where responsibilities include teaching, research, and developing graduate curricula in Leadership Development and Strategic Management. Prior to this role, Hilary served as an Assistant Professor, focusing on a diverse curriculum encompassing Entrepreneurship, Management, and Leadership. In addition, Hilary operates as a Business Strategy & Point of Sale Consultant for Steeldriver LLC, where tasks include designing and maintaining the POS system and conducting sales analysis. Hilary's academic career began at The University of Kansas, where teaching responsibilities included leading undergraduate courses in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior while completing a PhD in Human Resource Management. Hilary also holds a BA in Psychology and Sociology from The University of Kansas.
