Kelli Listenbee

Kelli Listenbee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in educational support and community development. Currently serving as the Director of Learning Support Services and Coordinator of the First Year Experience at Arkansas State University since January 2018, Kelli focuses on enhancing retention and completion rates for undergraduate students through comprehensive academic and social supports. Prior to this role, Kelli was the Community Development Regional Manager for Northeast Arkansas at the Arkansas Economic Development Commission, where strategic partnerships and local community engagement were critical for economic growth. Kelli also has a background as a Business Consultant for the Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center, training small business owners and assisting in business planning. Earlier experiences include roles in public relations and resident assistance, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Advertising from Arkansas State University.
