Lisa Glasco

Lisa Glasco has extensive work experience in procurement and contract administration. Lisa started their career as an Administrative Clerk at Arkansas State University in 1997, where they created the first website for the Center for English as a Second Language and handled international student documents. Lisa then moved on to become a Procurement Coordinator, where they initiated bids, processed small dollar requisitions, and managed purchase orders. In 2018, they became the Assistant Director of Contract Administration and Strategic Sourcing, responsible for managing contracts and sourcing strategies. Lisa also served as the Interim Director of Procurement Services and later became the Director of Procurement at Arkansas State University. Additionally, they worked as a Procurement Manager at Arkansas State University-Jonesboro. Lisa Glasco holds several certifications in procurement and has a strong background in government regulations and competitive bidding.

Lisa Glasco, CPCP, CPPB, CPPO, NIGP-CPP, APO has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from Arkansas State University, which they obtained from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in General Studies from the same university from 1990 to 1994. Additionally, Lisa has obtained several certifications, including the Strategic Higher Education Finance and Planning Course Completion from NACUBO in 2023, NIGP Certified Procurement Professional from Badgr (now part of Instructure) in 2022, NIGP-CPP from NIGP: The Institute for Public Procurement in 2022, Certified Public Purchasing Officer (CPPO) from UPPCC in 2019, Certified Professional Public Buyer (CPPB) from UPPCC in 2011, and Certified Purchasing Card Professional (CPCP) from the National Association of Purchasing Card Professionals (NAPCP) in 2008.
