Brock Hyland

Brock Hyland is a seasoned consultant at Boyette Strategic Advisors since June 2021, with additional roles as a contributing writer for the Arkansas Times focusing on barbecue topics. Prior experience includes serving as an associate researcher for the Ozark Society, where Brock developed an evaluation plan for the Arkansas Phosphorus Index, and for the University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service, conducting research to improve economic stability in rural counties. Brock's internship at the Office of Governor Asa Hutchinson involved legislative research on environmental and cultural topics, leading to the designation of heritage sites. Brock has also worked in nonprofit relations for the Arkansas Cornbread Festival and served as the state director for Jeb Bush's presidential campaign in Arkansas. Brock holds a Master's degree in Public Service from the Clinton School of Public Service and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Arkansas.
