Montag Genser

Montag Genser has a diverse work experience in sports and event management. They have held various roles and positions in different organizations. In 2019, they worked as the Director of Group Sales at the Arkansas Travelers Baseball Club, where they were responsible for managing group sales. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Corporate Event Planner for the same organization, organizing events and providing entertainment for fans.

In 2018, they served as an MLB Scout Liaison for the Brewster Whitecaps in the Cape Cod Baseball League, where they were responsible for coordinating and communicating scouting information. They also created an algorithm for player evaluation and collected data for analysis.

Montag also gained experience in event staffing and operations management while working as part of the Stroh Center Event Staff and as an Operations Intern at Bowling Green State University from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, they served as a Resident Advisor during the same period.

They also had involvement in event planning as a member of the Event Planning Committee for the Sports Management Alliance from 2015 to 2018. In 2018, they worked as part of the Super Bowl Experience and Game Day Staff at US Bank Stadium for the NFL On Location Experiences.

Montag's experience in sports includes serving as a MAC Football Instant Replay Assistant for the Mid-American Conference from 2015 to 2018. They also worked for the Genoa Athletic Department at Genoa Central High School and as an Event Crew Specialist for the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission in 2016.

Montag Genser has a strong educational background in sports management, international business, and Spanish language. They attended El Molino High School from 2011 to 2015 and obtained a High School Diploma during this time. Later on, from 2015 to 2018, Montag attended Bowling Green State University where they earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Education with a focus on Sport Management. Additionally, they pursued minors in International Business and Spanish Language during their undergraduate studies. In 2017, Montag also participated in a Study Abroad Program at Universidad de Salamanca, further enhancing their knowledge in International Business and Spanish Language.
