Gabriel Lane

Gabriel Lane is a Junior Software Engineer at Arkatechture. Gabriel previously worked as an Information Technology Engineer at Banded Horn Brewing Co LLC from January 2016 to April 2020, where they developed and maintained a custom, full-stack web application using Django and PostgreSQL. Gabriel also devised custom database queries using Django ORM to enhance reporting capabilities and improve regulatory compliance. In addition, they implemented a wireless mesh network with access points to simplify and improve the building’s wireless connectivity and network security. Gabriel also designed and deployed custom network video recording architecture for facility security using Synology DSM. Prior to that, they worked as an Inpatient Pharmacy Technician at Parkland Hospital from April 2014 to May 2015, where they oversaw the dispensation and supply management of a multi-million dollar inventory of inpatient pharmaceuticals for a 12-room OR suite. Gabriel also delivered professional and courteous service in a high-stress environment, prioritizing customer needs and ensuring efficient results.

Gabriel Lane has a degree in computer software engineering from App Academy and a Bachelor of Science in political science and government from the University of Southern Maine.
