Chris Cimitile has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Starting in 1983, they held HR Generalist positions at various companies and proprietary business schools until 1992. From 1994 to 2001, they worked as a Senior Organizational Performance Consultant at Digital Equipment Corporation and Compaq Computers. In 2001, they joined Parametric Technology Corporation as an HR Business Partner, where they introduced the Balanced Scorecard framework and implemented a performance management process.

In 2003, Chris became a Solution Design Manager at Fidelity Investments, where they led a team to create an automated performance management product. Chris then moved to Liberty Mutual Insurance in 2004 as a Senior HRD Specialist, analyzing organizational needs and developing HRD practices and programs.

From 2004 to 2008, Chris served as the Associate Director of Global Learning & Development at Bristol-Myers Squibb, directing all functions related to training solutions and supporting materials. Chris then joined Cricket Wireless as the Director of Organizational Development & Learning, where they enhanced talent and performance management programs and systems.

Most recently, Chris has been working at Arkema since 2014. Chris started as the Director of Talent Management and later became the Head of Global Talent Process & Engagement.

Chris Cimitile holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Instructional Design, Development & Evaluation from Syracuse University, which was earned between 1992 and 1993. Prior to that, Chris obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from Cornell University ILR School between 1979 and 1983, with the field of study unspecified. In addition to their formal education, Chris has also obtained certifications in the InsideOut Coaching Process & Tools from InsideOut Development Group and the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect 360° Instrument from Korn Ferry, both in 2010.
