Dan Lamb is a seasoned professional in customer service and data management, currently serving as the Customer Service Manager for Thiochemicals at Arkema since June 2022. Prior to this role, Dan accumulated over a decade of experience at AmeriGas, holding various positions including Data Integrity Supervisor, Key Account Customer Service Manager, Centralized Billing Supervisor for National Accounts, Billing Specialist, Senior Collections and Customer Payment Options Representative, and Residential Collections Representative. Dan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Penn State University between 2005 and 2009.
