Yves Taupin

Yves Taupin has extensive experience in talent development and internal communication, currently serving as Director of Learning, Talent Development, and Culture at Arkema since October 2003. In this role, Yves oversees global internal communication and manages strategic communication projects related to HR, safety, and onboarding. Previously, Yves held various leadership positions at Arkema, including Pebax® Business Manager, where responsibility encompassed P&L, global team leadership, and strategy implementation. Prior to Arkema, Yves worked at Atofina as Osmofilm Market Manager and Sales and Development Engineer for superabsorbent polymers, and at Elf Atochem in technical and application roles. Early career experience includes R&D at the Université de Toronto. Yves holds an Ingenieur Chimiste degree from Chimie ParisTech - PSL.
