Romane Pawlaczyk

Romane Pawlaczyk is a project manager specializing in energy renovation at Arkeon Energy Systems since June 2023. Previously, Romane served as project manager at Uzaje from August 2021 to November 2022, focusing on assisting both public and private stakeholders in transitioning towards reusable packaging. Romane is also the founder of Boîte de Boîte, which developed the first reusable and operculable food containers, primarily targeting home meal delivery and collective catering markets. Other professional experiences include roles as a barista at Java's Café, an assistant project manager at Multiplast SAS, and an operator intern at UWL Surfboards. Romane holds a degree from Arts et Métiers - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers and has completed preparatory classes and a scientific baccalauréat.
