Cindy Padnos

Cindy Padnos is the Founder and Managing Partner at Illuminate Ventures, a position held since 2009. In addition to leadership at Illuminate Ventures, Cindy serves as an Investor and Board Member at several companies including Arkestro, Birdie, BrightEdge, Pex, Bedrock Analytics, Contentstack, JetStream Software, Raydiant, and TAZI AI Systems. Cindy holds a Master's in Information Systems and Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business, an AB degree from the University of Michigan, and attended Kingswood School Cranbrook.
