Sandra Nacht

Sandra Nacht has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Sandra began their career at Disc Makers in 1991, where they started as a Project Manager and later became a Customer Service Supervisor/Team Leader. At Disc Makers, Sandra was responsible for managing a team of up to 12 Project Managers and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing any issues beyond the Project Manager's authority.

In 2006, Sandra joined AUDIO AND VIDEO LABS, INC. as a Senior Customer Service Manager. In this role, they led teams responsible for all order-to-cash operations. Sandra successfully navigated two company acquisitions, ensuring a smooth transition for employees and customers. Sandra also implemented process improvements in the Direct Mail department, resulting in significant cost savings.

In 2017, Sandra joined West Pharmaceutical Services as a Supervisor of Order Fulfillment. In this position, Sandra served as the team lead and liaison between Order Fulfillment and Global Sales. Sandra collaborated with the global team to enhance the end-to-end order-entry process and improve operational efficiencies.

From 2018 to 2023, Sandra worked at DuPont in various roles. Sandra began as a Customer Service and Sales Ops Manager for North America, where they managed a team of 50 members and implemented KPIs to measure customer service performance and identify areas for improvement. Sandra also advocated for increased omni-channel usage on DuPont's E-Commerce platforms to enhance the customer experience. Later, they transitioned to the role of Global OTC Optimization Manager, focusing on streamlining the Order-To-Cash businesses. Sandra led the Invoice project, reducing invoicing delays by over 60% through the implementation of new SLAs and reports.

Currently, Sandra Nacht serves as the Senior Manager of Customer Experience at Arkieva, starting in 2023.

Sandra Nacht earned a Bachelor's degree in Humanities and Communications from Drexel University between the years 1986 and 1991.
