Kasper Thejll-Karstensen has an extensive work history in various leadership roles. Kasper is the CEO and co-founder of FORESIGHT Climate & Energy, where they are responsible for providing objective reporting on the global transition to a decarbonized energy economy. Kasper is also the CEO and co-founder of FORESIGHT Media Group, which focuses on informed journalism and expert analysis in the areas of climate and energy, as well as global health. Additionally, Kasper Thejll-Karstensen is a co-founder and co-owner of State of North ApS and ARKK Copenhagen. Kasper has previously worked as a regional manager at Tabloid Nordic Copenhagen, a client relationship manager and senior financial sales associate at Saxo Bank, and a sales associate at Dagbladet Børsen.

Kasper Thejll-Karstensen's education history includes a Master's degree in Finance and Strategic Management from Copenhagen Business School, which they received from 2007 to 2009. In 2014 to 2015, they completed the Lederudviklingsprogrammet Den nye leder program at CfL - Center for Ledelse, specializing in Organizational Leadership. In 2007 to 2008, Kasper also obtained the Series 3 - National Commodity Futures License from Pearson Professional Centres in London, focusing on Futures Broker License. Kasper began their educational journey with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Language & Culture from Copenhagen Business School, from 2004 to 2007. Prior to these higher education experiences, they participated in an exchange program at Euclid High School in Cleveland, OH, with a focus on Business, Economics, and Government Studies during the academic year 1999 to 2000.
