Glykeria Ntakou

Glykeria Ntakou has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Glykeria started their career in 2009 as an Operations Manager at D. Zotos - O. Zachou and Associates Law Firm, where they managed daily operations, handled financial administration, and conducted legal research. In 2017, they joined Abraxas Intelligence as a Product Manager, responsible for creating product strategies and collaborating with different departments to meet corporate goals and customer needs. Glykeria also worked as a Project Manager, leading cross-functional teams and utilizing Agile methodologies for project completion. In 2018, Glykeria co-founded Arkon Data and assumed the role of Chief Operations Officer, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring business growth. Additionally, they took on the role of Chief People Officer, defining and implementing strategies for talent acquisition, team motivation, and engagement measurement. Currently, they serve as the Chief Executive Officer of Arkon Data.

Glykeria Ntakou has a strong educational background in economics and public finance. Glykeria obtained their Bachelor's degree in Public Finance from Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences between 2005 and 2009. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Economics at the same university from 2012 to 2014. Alongside their formal education, Glykeria Ntakou has also obtained certifications in "Changing the corporate culture" and "Leadership with Emotional Intelligence" from HELLENIC MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION (EEDE).
