Roy Sherwood Lee has worked for three companies: Arkon Resources, Inc. - Arkon Mounts since 2020 as a Business Account Manager, China Southern Airlines since 2018 as an Account Executive and Sales Manager, and Starbucks since 2005 in various roles, including Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Shift Supervisor, and Barista.

Roy Sherwood Lee obtained a Bachelor of Science in Physiological Psychology/Psychobiology from the University of California, Los Angeles. In 2010, they were certified as a Coffee Master by Starbucks.
