Emma Espin

Emma Espin has a diverse background in education and digital innovation, currently serving as the Digital Innovation Lead at Ark since November 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Alpha Plus Group Ltd from February 2018 to October 2023, where Emma held the positions of Head of Blended Learning and Assistant Director of Education. At The Key Support Services Limited, from March 2015 to January 2018, Emma worked as the Lead Content Manager, CPD Content Manager, and Senior Researcher. Earlier roles include Youth Mentor and Presenter at Elevate Education and Teacher with Teach First. Emma began their career as a Teaching Assistant at St Matthew's Primary School and as an Assistant Director at Explore Learning. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Leadership and a PGCE from IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Politics, Psychology, and Sociology from the University of Cambridge.
