Gail Peyton

Gail Peyton is a Regional Director at Ark, overseeing academies in Birmingham while leading national initiatives in reading and curriculum across the network. Gail provides school improvement development for Headteachers and Senior Leadership Teams and acts as an Ofsted Inspector in the West Midlands region. They have previously held leadership positions at Ark Tindal Primary Academy and Griffin Primary School, among others, and are a Trustee for the Association for Character Education. Gail was awarded a fellowship by the Chartered College of Teaching and is currently pursuing an MA in Character Education at the University of Birmingham.
