Joseph Kotyra, MBA, currently serves as a Business Development Manager at Halliburton since May 2024. Previously, Joseph held the position of Regional Sales Manager for the U.S. Downstream Division at Burckhardt Compression from July 2015 to May 2024, where mentorship and leadership contributed to enhanced organizational productivity and customer satisfaction. Joseph's career at Burckhardt Compression also included roles as Account Manager and Aftermarket Sales Representative, focusing on strategic sales leadership, client management across 70 locations in Northeast, and improving operational efficiency through business intelligence strategies. Prior experience includes positions at The Flexitallic Group as an Inside Sales Representative, where sales targets were exceeded, and guest services at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Joseph began military service as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps from March 2006 to February 2010. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Houston Christian University and a BBA in Marketing from the University of Houston.
