David Light

David Light is the CEO and Founder of Kinetix Projects LLC, a company focused on innovative real estate and community development solutions that enhance resilient economies and improve communities. With extensive experience in community engagement and partnerships at Arkos Health, David has driven strategic initiatives for value-based care. Prior roles include Business Development Consultant for Agritecture, Managing Director at Lighthouse Property Development & Management LLC, and Director of Real Estate and Lending at the Pittsburgh Partnership for Neighborhood Development. David began a career in business development at GE Money, achieving notable success in residential loan production. David holds a Master of Architecture in Urban Design from UCLA and a Bachelor of Arts in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Maryland.
