Victoria, SPHR, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leading human resources operations across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources and SVP of Human Resources at Arkos Health since October 2022, Victoria focuses on strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals. Prior to this, Victoria refined HR and payroll processes at Lantower Luxury Real Estate and managed comprehensive HR programs at OnPointe Health. As Director of Human Resources at Ernest Health, Victoria provided strategic HR services to enhance organizational performance. Victoria holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Texas Woman's University.
