Javier Parets

Javier Parets has a diverse work experience in technical support and engineering roles. Javier began their career in 2006 as a Responsible Servicio Técnico at PREMIUM SA, where they provided technical service leadership until 2008. Javier then joined Panlab s.l.u. as a Responsable Servicio Técnico and held this role until 2010. At INFOREIN S.A., Javier served as a Responsable de proyecto from 2010 to 2012, working on various IT projects and printer repair.

In 2013, Javier joined AOC International Europe GmbH as a Latin America and Caribean Field Application Engineer, before moving to ARKRAY USA in 2014. At ARKRAY USA, they initially worked as a Field Service and Application Engineer, responsible for maintaining and installing medical diagnostic equipment in Latin America. In addition, Javier trained local distributors and resolved technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

In 2019, they were promoted to the role of Senior Instrument Support Engineer at ARKRAY USA. In this position, Javier trained service engineers of ARKRAY's Latin American distributors, monitored installed instruments in multiple countries, and provided repairs and support for all ARKRAY Lab products across Latin America, Central America, the Caribbean, and Canada.

Javier Parets has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Ministerio de Fomento, which they obtained from 2003 to 2004. Prior to that, they attended CUJAE from 1991 to 1996, where they earned an Ingeniero Electronico degree in applied electronics.
