Arkria Group is a Barcelona-based travel operations partner providing 24/7 emergency support, after-hours assistance and operational outsourcing services for travel agencies, TMCs, tour operators and corporate travel companies.

We act as an extension of our clients’ teams when the main office is closed, during peak periods or when complex situations require experienced human support. Our role is to ensure service continuity, protect the passenger experience and help travel companies manage incidents with speed, empathy and operational accuracy.

We provide operational coverage across the Iberian Peninsula, with services in Spanish, Portuguese and English. Through our experience supporting agencies in both Spain and Portugal, we help travel companies maintain a reliable, multilingual and human response for their passengers, regardless of time zone, destination or complexity.

Our services include 24/7 travel emergency assistance, VIP passenger care, after-hours support, external agents for peak seasons, creation and management of company and passenger profiles, operational audits, and the design or improvement of internal protocols and procedures.

We work with multilingual teams based in Europe, trained in problem solving, crisis management and high-pressure travel operations. Our experience covers corporate travel, leisure travel, premium clients, groups, worldwide itineraries and complex travel incidents.

Arkria Group also includes Arkria Portugal, strengthening our Iberian operational footprint, and ASAPIECE, our audiovisual production company, recently recognised for its creative work.

At Arkria, we help travel companies remain operational, responsive and human — even when things do not go according to plan.
