Gottfried Sihler

Gottfried Sihler currently serves as Geschäftsführer at ARKU since October 2023 and is the owner of GS Transformation Consulting, specializing in management consulting for the automotive and industrial sectors focusing on turn-around situations, industry transformations, and digitalization. Prior to these roles, Gottfried Sihler was CEO and spokesperson for Fritz Winter GmbH u. Co. KG from October 2021 to December 2022 and held various senior positions at ZF Group from January 2014 to April 2021, including SVP of E-Mobility and CFO for Asia Pacific and China. Additionally, experience includes serving as Vice President Consulting at Bosch, Head of Corporate Controlling at ZF Lenksysteme, and Manager Controlling at Bosch Rexroth. Academic qualifications include a degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, further studies at Politecnico di Torino, and completion of military service from 1998 to 1999.
