Arkwright Industrial is the newest member of a family of companies with extensive experience in fabrication, construction, manufacturing, and logistics.

Recognizing the increasing demands of today’s project volumes and accelerated timelines, we identified advanced technologies—such as artificial intelligence and automated welding processes—as essential to meeting these challenges.

By combining decades of industry expertise with the latest innovations available in the market, Arkwright Industrial was established to deliver precision, efficiency, and reliability. Arkwright Industrial is a fully automated pipe spool fabrication facility capable of meeting the quality and speed demanded for mission-critical projects. Based in Jacksonville, Texas, we specialize in piping systems, mechanical construction, and field installation services to support heavy industrial projects.

From the initial stages of BIM coordination all the way to on-site delivery, our industrial process leverages technology-enhanced welding techniques. We convert customer 3D CAD and BIM models into coordinated production packages, including shop drawings, automated part tracking, and schedule-driven shipping lists.

These data-rich packages integrate directly with robotic cutting and welding systems to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time delivery.

Our automation is supported by a disciplined quality assurance and quality control framework. Automated and robotic welding systems provide repeatable precision, while certified welders and inspectors oversee all critical variables throughout the welding process.

Every weld is executed in accordance with approved procedures and documented through comprehensive QA/QC records, ensuring full traceability from material receipt through final inspection.

This structured approach enables welds to consistently meet applicable codes, non-destructive testing requirements, and the reliability standards demanded by mission-critical industrial applications.
