Niyaf Al Kadem, PhD, currently serves in Research and Development at ARL Bio Pharma since September 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Sr. Research Assistant at the University of Oklahoma's Dean McGee Eye Institute from July 2021 to August 2022, and work at Lopez Foods, Inc. in AQL/FSQS from May 2020 to July 2021. Niyaf also has experience as a Fulbright visiting scholar at the University of Central Oklahoma (2015-2019) and as a researcher and university teacher at the Biotechnology Research Center of Al-Nahrain University (2006-2018). Additional roles include lecturer at Al-Nahrain University from 2006 to 2015, researcher on humanitarian issues at Al Amal (2004-2006), and research in in vitro fertilization techniques at the Embryos and Sterility Institute (2005-2006). Niyaf holds a Postdoctoral degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Central Oklahoma, a PhD in Biotechnology/Molecular Biology from Università degli Studi di Milano, an MSc in Biotechnology, and a BSc in Biotechnology, both from Al-Nahrain University.
