Elena Sampalioti has extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Germany at Arla Foods Deutschland since February 2021. Previously, Elena held the position of Talent Acquisition Consultant at Arla Foods Deutschland GmbH from December 2016 to February 2021. Prior to that, Elena worked at Metro Cash & Carry Deutschland GmbH as a Referentin Führungskräfterekrutierung from April 2014 to November 2016, and started their career as a Recruitment Assistant at TJX Deutschland Ltd. & Co. KG from May 2009 to March 2014.
