Niklas Berg is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Consultant with extensive experience in recruitment across various sectors, including Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and Supply Chain. Currently employed at Arla Foods Deutschland since September 2021, Niklas acts as a central contact for hiring managers and candidates, actively sourcing talent through innovative channels and managing the full applicant lifecycle, including psychometric assessments.
