Niels Christian Nielsen

Niels Christian Nielsen is a food scientist with experience in crystallization of lactose, experiment planning and execution, process optimization, and project management at Arla Foods Ingredients. Prior to this, Nielsen worked as production staff at LACTOSAN A/S, where Niels Christian participated in cheese powder production and performed cleaning in the production area. Nielsen holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Chemical Engineering from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark.
