Andy Fox

Andy Fox is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Director for the UK Supply Chain at Arla Foods since September 2015, overseeing HR strategy for over 3,100 employees and leading a team of nine. Prior roles include Senior HR Business Partner for the UAE, Oman, and Qatar, where leadership was provided to a team of 12 managing HR operations for 550+ employees, as well as HR Business Partner for Sub Saharan Africa with a focus on key HR processes for 390 employees. Andy initiated significant change projects throughout these regions, including successful integration and leadership development initiatives. The career began with the F15 Graduate Programme, which involved strategic roles across various global markets, complemented by internships at Barclaycard and Nestlé. Andy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Manchester and an International Baccalaureate from the International School of Geneva.
