Anna M. Kristensen serves as the Digital Change Lead in the Digital Transformation Management Office at Arla Foods since December 2022, where Anna leads global change, engagement, and communication activities related to the company’s Digital Transformation. Prior to this role, Anna was the Director of Corporate Brand Communications at the LEGO Group from January 2021 to December 2022, supporting the Chief Digital & Technology Officer in internal and external communications for the LEGO Group's Digital Transformation initiative, "Futurify." Anna's earlier positions at Arla Foods included Senior Product Manager roles focused on IT solutions and business change management, as well as significant experience at Vestas in project management and internal communications. Anna holds a Master’s degree in European Studies from Cranfield School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Modern Anthropology from the University of Warsaw.
