Aske Arildsen

Aske Arildsen has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as a Senior Global HRIS Solution Owner and previously in various roles at Arla Foods since October 2016, including Senior Digital Learning Consultant and Junior Consultant in Global Learning & Leadership Development. Prior experience includes a position as a Student Assistant in Organizational Development at Maersk Group and roles at Arla Foods amba and Pluss Leadership A/S. A foundation in management and human resources was established through studies at Copenhagen Business School and Aarhus University, where Aske Arildsen earned degrees in Cand.Merc.HRM and Business Economics with a minor in Psychology, respectively. Academic background includes a STX diploma with a focus on Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry from Mariagerfjord Gymnasium.
