Cecilia Kocken

Cecilia Kocken is a seasoned executive in the food industry, currently serving as Group Vice President at Arla Foods since December 2016, where Kocken is a key member of the European Leadership Team. With a strong background in global foodservice, Kocken has held various senior positions at Arla Foods, including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Global Foodservice. Prior experience includes significant roles at Procter & Gamble, where Kocken advanced from Management Trainee to Marketing Director for the Nordic region. Kocken is also actively involved in multiple board positions, including with Ecolean, Livsmedelsföretagen, Sweden Food Arena, and KappAhl. Kocken holds a Master in Business Administration from Linköping University and a Master's in Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
