Eric Elmhirst

Eric Elmhirst is the President and CEO of Arla Foods Canada Inc., overseeing the company's Canadian operations, which include Commercial, Supply Chain, and Business Partnering functions, and managing a team of over 230 employees since 2006. Prior to this role, Eric served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Arla Foods Canada, where responsibilities included directing Sales, Consumer and Trade Marketing, and Customer Service, as well as crafting and executing strategies for growth in the Canadian market. Eric's extensive experience in the food industry includes positions such as Manager of Category Sales Planning at Kraft Foods Group, National Sales Director at Weston Foods, and Director of Global/Private Label Customer Business Team at Nabisco Brands Inc. Eric holds an MBA in Economics and Marketing from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a BSc in Agriculture from the University of Guelph.
