Heiko Rangwich

Heiko Rangwich has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Heiko started their career in 1994 as a Student Apprentice in HR at BMW Group. Heiko then worked as an Assistant Lecturer in Marketing at Universität Regensburg from 1995 to 1997. Heiko later joined Höffner Möbelgesellschaft GmbH & Co. KG as a CEO Assistant from 1998 to 1999.

In 1999, Heiko became an HR Consultant at Towers Perrin. Heiko worked in this role until 2003, when they joined Mattel, Inc. as a Senior Manager in HR for the DACH/Germany region. In this role, they ran organizations in three countries and implemented new performance management and talent management systems. Heiko also oversaw the implementation of People Soft.

From 2007 to 2009, Heiko served as HR Director for Central and Northern Europe at Mattel, Inc. After that, they joined Nestlé as a Factory HR Manager for Mainz/Ludw from 2009 to 2011. Heiko then took on the role of Head of CoC Total Rewards and Global Mobility for Germany at Nestlé from 2011 to 2023.

Heiko's most recent position is Senior HR Director for Germany at Arla Foods, which they started in December 2023.

Heiko Rangwich graduated from Gymnasium Neutraubling in 1992 with an Abitur degree in Business and Mathematics. Heiko then attended the University of Regensburg from 1992 to 1997, where they focused on Organizational Design, Human Resources, Marketing, and Statistics.
