Henrik Lilballe Hansen

Henrik Lilballe Hansen is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience at Arla Foods since April 2015, currently serving as Snr. Vice President and Managing Director for Arla Denmark and previously managed operations in Arla Saudi Arabia, contributing to a revenue of approximately 400 million EUR. Henrik has held various senior finance roles within Arla, focusing on strategic financial management, performance improvement, and regional leadership in the MENA region. Prior to joining Arla, Henrik worked at Siemens Wind Power and Teknik og Miljø, gaining expertise in business and project controlling, as well as financial reporting. Henrik holds a Master’s degree in Management Accounting and Control from Aarhus University.
