Jan Viskum Jensen

Jan Viskum Jensen is an experienced Project Leader in Maintenance & Engineering at Arla Foods since September 2009, with a focus on project management for initiatives such as new multiweight systems, CIP plant development, and automation of packaging lines. Jensen has also led various optimization projects, including CIP optimization and OEE implementation, and implemented online FT-NIR with multivariate calibration. Prior experience includes owning LEANSystems I/S, where support was provided for LEAN materials and performance management systems, and working as a chef at Rindsholm kro and the Royal Danish navy. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Leadership from Copenhagen Business Academy and a Master’s in Dairy Technology from the University of Copenhagen, as well as various certifications in project management and lean practices.
