Marcin Hynek

Marcin Hynek has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Marcin began their career at PIW IMPULS as a Chemistry Technologist, where they were responsible for developing, designing, and testing new disinfectors production technology. Marcin then moved on to Grupa LOTOS SA, where they held various roles such as Production Foreman and Senior Advanced Process Control Engineer at Honeywell Process Solutions. At Grupa LOTOS SA, they also served as the APC Team Manager, Vice Director of the Production Department, and Chief Information Officer (CIO). Following that, they joined Honeywell as a Solutions Consultant, leading consultative selling and creating innovative opportunities. Currently, Marcin is working at Arla Foods as a Senior IT Manager, and they are set to become the Lead IT Manager in the future. Overall, Marcin has extensive experience in IT management, project supervision and evaluation, planning and scheduling, process optimization, and advanced process control.

Marcin Hynek's education history includes obtaining a MSc degree in Chemical Technology from Gdańsk University of Technology between 1998 and 2003. Marcin also studied at ICAN Institute, specializing in Management from 2012 to 2013, and First-Time Manager from 2010 to 2011. Additionally, they pursued LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt Study at Gdańsk University of Technology from 2017 to 2018.
