Mia Heslegrave

Mia Heslegrave currently serves as the CIO and Head of IT & Digital at Arla Foods since January 2021, following a role as VP and Head of IT Solutions. Prior experience includes serving as a Board Member at Patient In Focus and a volunteer at CONNECT Denmark. Mia's tenure at Accenture spanned from August 2005 to January 2020, where key roles included Managing Director - Technology Delivery Excellence Lead and Managing Director, overseeing complex projects across various technologies and methodologies. Additionally, Mia has worked as a freelance project manager and SAP CRM expert in Malaysia, and began career at Junior Consult as a consultant. Mia holds a Master of Science in Mathematics and Economy from Aarhus University.
