Mijke van der Zee

Mijke van der Zee is an accomplished professional with a focus on quality, environmental health, and safety in the food industry, currently serving as the Quality Environment Health & Safety Team Lead at Arla Foods Ingredients. With experience at Arla Foods as a Quality Environment Health Safety Coordinator since February 2021, Mijke has also contributed to academia as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Exeter, where research focused on rapid genomic adaptation in Trinidadian guppies.
