Tove Nicholaisen

Tove Nicholaisen currently serves as the Group Head of Insurance and Director of Treasury at Arla Foods, a position held since July 2022. Prior to this role, Tove held the position of Group Head of Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Insurance at Scan Global Logistics from September 2015 to June 2022, contributing to significant revenue growth during that period. Tove has also worked as an Assistant Lawyer at Jensen | Neugebauer Advokater while employed full-time at Scan Global Logistics, and as an External Lecturer in Law at Aarhus Universitet. Previous experience includes leadership roles in legal departments at deugro group and DSV - Global Transport and Logistics, as well as logistics management at Inbodan A/S. Tove's educational background includes multiple degrees in Law from Aarhus University and in Philosophy & Language from Burgundy School of Business and the University of Montpellier, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Organisation, Leadership & Strategy.
