Vadim Smolenkin

Vadim Smolenkin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation and portfolio management within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Senior Global Innovation & Portfolio Manager at Arla Foods since November 2018, Vadim has been instrumental in launching the global plant-based brand JÖRD and developing category strategies and innovative pipelines. Prior to this role, Vadim held positions at Carlsberg Group as Commercial Director for Healthy Beverages, where the focus was on driving strategic growth in health-related categories, and at Baltika Breweries in various capacities, ranging from Head of Innovation & NPD to Head of Production, contributing to significant operational and innovation advancements. Vadim holds a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from ITMO University and has completed multiple marketing and brewing programs.
